Jill Schiffman

Law Clerk

Ms. Schiffman graduated summa cum laude in 2005 from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Development Psychology.  While attending Pitt, Jill was a Pittsburgh Pathfinder, a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, a member of the National Collegiate Society of Scholars, and a member of the Child Development Association.  Ms. Schiffman is currently in her final semester of law school at the University of Pittsburgh where she is a member of Phi Alpha Delta fraternity.  Pursuant to her interests in child psychology and family dynamics, Ms. Schiffman has completed several graduate level courses in the field of Applied Developmental Psychology. 

Jill was a law clerk at a family law firm in Pittsburgh prior to her curent employment.  She began her employment as a law clerk with Lisa Marie Vari & Associates, P.C. in November 2007 and plans to commence full-time employment as an associate attorney with the office in October, 2008 after receiving her Juris Doctorate degree and passing the Pennsylvania Bar Examination.  With her psychology background, Jill will be assisting Attorney Vari in evaluating and preparing child custody cases for settlement or trial.

Ms. Schiffman's husband, Jared Rosenthal, is an engineer.
