As published in the 2014 edition of Super Lawyer Magazine, Ms. Vari has been selected through peer nominations and evaluations as one of Pennsylvania’s top 100 attorneys, and Ms. Spero has been honored with her sixth “Rising Star” acknowledgment in the family law field, which is an honor given to only 2.5% of all associate attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Vari is the founder of Lisa Marie Vari & Associates, P.C., which concentrates exclusively on family law. Ms. Vari practices throughout Western Pennsylvania as well as in Miami, Florida where she also founded and currently operates Vari & Associates, LLC. Ms. Vari has been dedicated to the practice of family law for the past twenty years. Ms. Vari is a member of both the family law and military affairs sections of both the Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Beyond her expansive family law practice, Ms. Vari oversees all aspects and developments of each of the firm’s family law cases, while continuing to serve as a leader and mentor to other members of the firm. Additionally, Ms. Vari’s vast experience and knowledge of family law has allowed her to conduct numerous family law seminars for fellow attorneys, police departments, educational programs for all ages, and members of the general public.
Ms. Spero is a Senior Associate at Lisa Marie Vari & Associates, P.C. Ms. Spero has been practicing family law for the past ten years with a specialty in child support and equitable division. Ms. Spero has a strong background as an accountant and tax planner and uses this experience to develop solutions for highly complex support and distribution matters for clients in Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Spero is admitted to practice before all state courts in Pennsylvania and is also a member of the American Bar Association as well as both bar associations for Pennsylvania and Allegheny County. Furthermore, Ms. Spero’s outstanding work and experience in family law has led to her recognition by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and the ability to lecture on topics relating to the connection of tax law and family law.
Both Ms. Vari and Ms. Spero’s extensive experience, dedication, and community involvement have allowed them to emerge as highly skilled and respected members of the legal community.
