Nikki Duttine is a dedicated legal professional with a strong passion for supporting families through challenging times. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Nikki earned her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 2011. She began her legal career working with Vitti & Vitti from 2014 to 2016 in the Mortgage Foreclosure department, gaining valuable experience in judgment processing and client support.
Nikki discovered her true interest in family law in 2017 when she joined Lisa Marie Vari & Associates, P.C. as a legal assistant. Her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to client care soon led her to take on an additional role as Billing Coordinator in 2020. Nikki prides herself on wearing many hats and stepping in wherever she is needed to keep the office running smoothly and to ensure clients feel supported.
In 2019, Nikki began working closely with Attorney Melissa Lewis, building a strong professional partnership and friendship over the years. When Attorney Vari retired in January 2024 and Attorney Lewis transitioned the practice into what is now MCL Family Law Firm (formerly Taybron Law Firm, LLC), Nikki continued to play a vital role on the team. Together, Nikki and Melissa have formed a powerful, cohesive unit dedicated to serving clients with compassion, efficiency, and unwavering dedication.
Outside of work, Nikki most enjoys spending time with her large, close-knit family. With many traditions and frequent gatherings, family is at the center of her life. She also loves watching Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins games with her dad—one of her favorite traditions.
Above all, Nikki is driven by a desire to help clients feel safe, heard, and supported every step of the way.
